Online but contactable and friendly

Opened account initially to replace an old account that maintained a small balance for online purchases only; then I saw I could open multiple accounts and could earn cashback too. Since I originally opened current and savings accounts with them the interest rate has increased on savings and I'm very happy. Customer services are brilliant - friendly and helpful. It's easy to speak to them. Not for everyone though. You do need a smart phone. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
