Fantastic customer experience.

I did have an issue when I forgot my password. I was also experiencing difficulties with my email app and couldn't receive the password update. I phoned customer service and was pleasantly surprised how quickly my call was answered. The lady I spoke with was so helpful and had me logged int5my account promptly. With the high interest rates and excellent customer service I wouldn't hesitate in investing again and recommending My community Bank to all my friends and relatives. Reviewed on: 18th July 2023

British based customer service and top rates

I had issues getting my funds to set up a fixed rate savings account. I rang the customer service team they were extremely helpful and my call was answered I seconds. The interest rate I received was the highest any where and believe me I researched interest rates to death. Personally I cannot fault this bank and would give the highest recommendation.
