User friendly with excellent customer service.

Chase meets all my current requirements of online banking with the clear and straightforward App and competitive interest rates. It’s quick and simple to move my money around and I’ve been impressed by their swift and polite customer service when transactions need to be checked, with no endless “on hold” calls that I have experienced with many other banks. I couldn’t be more impressed with Chase and am delighted I moved from an expensive private bank. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
