It's like having my personal bank line

Whatever time of day I've needed to reach out to Chase, I get a response within a couple of minutes and that's been consistent all year. It's very easy to manage my account, too. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Chase has really stepped up the banking experience

Excellent account and set up

The online app details are separate from your card, but they work perfectly against the same account. So, if you lose your card, you never have to update apps or sites where you may have the information stored, it's so user friendly and my favourite bank! Customer Service in the app is almost instant, too. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
