Rubbish customer service and security

Monzo did not give any support and ignored me when I noticed fraudulent attempts of someone using my card. I attempted to contact Monzo multiple times about this with no reply. Then someone attempted to take 1000$ out of my account. This was only blocked because I didn’t have enough funds in there. Monzo customer service was appalling and this could’ve been stopped.
