All Correspondence is prompt, account updates almost instantly (credit and debit), with changes to interest rates following through the same day unlike other providers who can take many days/weeks to make changes. A recent security check for a large transaction was thorough without being obstructive. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Easy to use App which notifies you of any account activity instantly, often before you leave the shop. Interest changes in customers favour are amended the same day interest rates change not days or weeks after. Makes me feel valued as a customer and not one there just to be fleeced line other providers. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
