Perfect jargon free bank

I wanted a change from Santander, and Chase offered everything I was looking for plus added bonus of cash back. I find app and communications clear and jargon free, app easy to use and further bonus can round up .. perfect way of saving Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Clear, concise and worth moving

Moved to Chase just over 1 month from Santander, found move quick and hassle free (even though have to change direct debits etc yourself). The 1% cashback on card spend is way better than the cashback from Santander so benefiting with that and also the roundup investment ... Win win Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
