Great customer service!

Great customer service! A help line that answers quickly - doesn't keep you waiting for tens of minutes. People that understand the banks systems and can nearly always answer the question, even when the questions are about unusual things (which is why we call them in the first place). Opening an account on line is very easy and the ability to open and close different accounts is invaluable. And on top of all that they give great interest rates if you get the extra bonus options. Easy to set up, easy to use

Easy to set up, easy to use, and they give you interest on the current account. Plus you can get more interest on saver accounts, and instant transfer of cash to the current account when required. SUch a breeze of fresh air compared to my previous high street bank. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
