Review of the Chase Bank, Savings:

Strong customer focus

I opened a savings account with Chase Bank in the first instance because I was looking for an alternative to my regular bank, having been with them for decades. Despite interest rates rising my bank continued to offer me 0.05% interest. I wanted an easy access savings account with a decent interest rate and Chase fitted the bill. Since opening the account the interest rate has increased in line with the Bank of England base rate. I am very pleased with the communication from Chase Bank that keeps me informed on a regular basis regarding current and future plans (something my long standing bank have failed to do even to this day). I have not been with Chase very long and still in the ‘honeymoon period’ which is why I have not given a top overall rating, (and for NO OTHER REASON). Chase Bank are upfront and very customer focused long may it continue. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
