Best Bank I Have Had

I really feel supported by this bank and trust and rely on them. Whenever I’ve contacted Customer Services they rely quickly, have extremely polite competent and helpful staff. Everything has been resolved in one phone call. It’s always been about something I’ve done, wanting a payment stopped etc they haven’t made any mistakes and I appreciate the interest given on the account. I like how clear the account is online easy to use and the encouragement to save. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Very accessible bank with great interest

I am stuck at home ( wheelchair) and find Chase very accessible very helpful and love their money back on spending, round ups and interest rates. Very easy app great customer service if needed and I am very confident about my money in Chase. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
