The app is easy to use and is reliable

The App is easy to use and reliable and has a modern feel; customer service is responsive, knowledgeable and professional; interest rates on easy access savings are fair and increase when the Bank of England rates rise. Reviewed on: 19th April 2024

Modern banking that rewards its customer

The Chase app is user friendly and responsive. Savings interest rates are immediately increased when Bank of England increases are announced; you can easily open more than one savings account.
