New to chase. Very impressed. Great to use, very easy and prompt customer service when needing advice.

I recently had my bag stolen abroad, luckily my phone wasn't in it. I was able to cancel my card and report it stolen and request a new one. On return I rang customer services as I hadn't received new card after 2 weeks. They answered straight away, no long holds, they said one had been sent out but it was during the postal strikes, another was promptly sent out which I did receive. They were very helpful and reassured me I could still use the app for purchases and advised as a back up to have card added to wallet on my phone. Which I have done. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
