Fantastic customer service.

I've contacted Chase customer services a number of times. On all occasions the call has been answered promptly and politley. Any issue I've has has been dealt with very quickly and to my total satisfacetion. Excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 24th February 2024

Excellent customer service. Love having cash back on most purchases.

I've had to contact Chase customer services on two occasions. On both phone calls I was answered very quickly by a person, rather than being put through to a queue. During my last call, they were incredibly helpful and left me feeling really impressed with Chase bank. I'm really pleased Chase have continued offering cash back after being a customer for over one year. Also love the 5% rollover, it all adds up. Chase are also very quick to increase interest rates.
