Easy to manage, Excellent service

From the start, Zopa's customer experience via their app, and the management of my money to maximise savings shows how the organisation is thinking about the needs of their customers - this approach is fairly novel, in comparison to some of the more archaic structures and customer experiences that exist at larger institutions.
