Good product, but no easy access!

We opened a Branch Saver in June 2023 as it was offering a competitive rate of interest at the time. My only complaint would be that it was marketed as an Easy Access account, but this is not the case. To withdraw any money you are required to post your pass book back to their head office, with written instructions! In this digital age it should be possible to carry out all transactions online, and/or via the App!! Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

Competitive flexible Smart ISA.

I recently opened a Smart ISA account, as it was one of the few banks offering a flexible ISA with a competitive rate of interest! It was very quick and easy to open, and the app is very intuitive. Reviewed on: 14th April 2024

Great customer service!!

I have recently opened a Smart saver account, which was very easy to setup, and offers competitive rates of interest. Very good communication via email letting you know that payments have arrived in your savings account. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
