Amazing customer service and simple to use.

When setting up I didn’t know to pick NatWest Rooster or GoHenry card I had some questions and the customer service team was just amazing. Answered all my questions, offered easy help and advice when setting up. Have continued to offer great service. The app on the children’s tablets is amazing them being able to have access to their own accounts they just love it!! I’ve been with NatWest for about 20 years and this is another reason why they are so great. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
