Straight forward, friendly customer service, smooth app

Applying for a loan was very straight forward and simple. The in built chat for customer service is easy to use and they are very quick and responsive and assist in the best of their capabilities. The app itself is very smooth to run and a clear overview of the loan/plan and gives a breakdown of everything. There are other cool features in the app too. I would and already have recommended updraft to my friends and family and they have come with great feedback similar to mine! 10/10 for me Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
