So glad I switched ...

I switched to Nationwide about a year ago and have never had a problem with them. Their website is fantastic, they are quick to sort out any queries on the 'phone and the account is free. I would highly recommend them to anyone ... Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Review of the Scottish Power, Boiler Cover:

Abysmal ...

We took out boiler cover with Scottish Power a couple of years ago. When the boiler broke down, it took two visits and we were left with no heating/hot water after the second engineer left having "put it right". It took three days to get another engineer back who, at last, put the problem right. They obviously had no idea what they were doing (sub-contractors) and left us in a right mess for days. Highly unprofessional and a total rip-off. Reviewed on: 4th April 2018

Review of the Swinton Insurance, Home Insurance:

Absolutely dreadful ...

I used to have home insurance with Swinton - they made numerous errors on the initial paperwork and, on asking them to rectify them, made only some amendments so I had to keep going back to them. They never answered the phone at our local office and only sent out the paperwork after numerous requests. They could not do anything right whatsoever! Reviewed on: 22nd August 2016
