Customer service always excellent.

Customer service always excellent. Only reason I didn’t give it ten stars is due to the lack of acceptance as it looks to payees as a prepaid card. I do know, however, this isn’t really a CU issue. I love the fact it does your book keeping for you and saves your tax as you go meaning you have to do very little yourself. As a small business this is incredibly helpful. Very supportive

As a customer of Counting Up for a good few years now I can say I have had no real problems at all. The account keeps track of everything and makes potential corporate tax estimations. I am just a small, one man band but I am never spoken down to and always receive top notch and a very responsive service. In the last year I have been fighting a brain tumour diagnosis and again I have received nothing but understanding and compassion from the Counting Up team and for that I am eternally grateful.
