Great Fixed Interest Rate platform could be improved

JN Bank offers a great Fixed Interest Product. Their online platform though could use with alot of improvement. Though for a Fixed Interest account it doesn't really matter as one wouldn't really need to access the account regularly but the platform does negatively affect the overall experience.
