Lloyds have blocked my app and online banking while I'm in South America and I can't access my funds.

Lloyds Bank expect me to spend £3 per minute to listen to their hold music because they've decided to block my online access because I was moving my savings to a higher interest account. They've also recently lied to me about credit card transactions that they blocked and then tried to blame the merchant. If it weren't for the fact that I bank with another organisation then I'd be stranded here with no access to my funds. Reviewed on: 18th March 2023
