TopNotch Banking Experience with Chase Bank

Hi, I believe I was the early adaptor of Chase Bank when it was launched and advertised on youtube ads. But I loved the concept of cashback, amazon purchase discounts. This has promoted chase bank account as my daily driver Bank account to deal with all of my monthly, daily, weekly expenses. Their is sense of Satisfaction using Chase Bank. I had some issues I don't reminder exactly but I reached out to the customer care where their weren't any agent available, I think it was over the weekend but immediately after I left my message I got call from the agent and she was so amazing in solving my problem. Wonderful App & Banking experience so far but please do continue providing cashback because this keeps hocked. Reviewed on: 18th March 2023
