Respectful customer service and good incentives for saving.

A few months back, I had an issue with a transaction that required the assistance of customer services. With Chase, they exceeded my expectations by not only communicating to me as someone who is intelligent, but also they kept the customer service ticket open for a prolonged period, returning to discuss the matter as it progressed over several days; never once did I need to chase this issue, but instead they chased it up with me. I recommend them for clients who sometimes face complex requirements, but like to be addressed with respect. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023
