Vile Company

After having insurance for a year with them, I am STILL waiting to get my NCD out of them. This has been going on for two weeks now. I am told it hasn't been sent out, then it has, then it hasn't then I will receive it by close of business. This is a disgusting way to carry on I am furious and I will be reporting them to the Ombudsman. They have no right to withold my NCD yet they are and they are now saying there is a problem with my email address - strange that they can send me seven reminders to reinsurance but the NCD they have an issue with my email address. Never ever ever again will I insurance with these bunch of con artists. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2016
