Better than my High street bank!

Their website is easy to use and navigate. You can have different accounts for different events in your life. Love the roundup and 1% cash back, makes saving without even trying. The interest rates are better than other banks. I have never had to wait long to speak to an actual person when contacting customer support and most issues are resolved quickly. A brilliant bank compared to the High street

I have felt unappreciated from my high street bank for quite a while now and so when I saw Chase’s tv advert i decided to join them. Personally, I am very happy with everything they have offered me. The website is easy to use and even if I’ve had to call to customer services the call is answered quickly and dealt with efficiently. Im getting great interest rates on my saving, the rounding up of my daily spending helps as well as the 1% cash back in the first year. I can have numerous spending accounts so I know exactly where I’m spending my money from. I don’t have a bad work to say and I feel more in charge of my money than I do from my high street bank that I have been with for decades! Reviewed on: 21st March 2023
