I took out a policy with Hastings direct and six months later. I had a bathroom leak and we called the insurance company. A guy came out and it was a long procedure and then in the end they have voided my insurance and refunded my money back, but when I took the policy out, why didn’t they explain all this it’s just they are not happy paying people out for the insurance claim, and now I’m stuck without a bathroom without money I would recommend not to go with them
