I've been a long term customer of a High Street bank and have been relatively contented with the service and facilities they offered. Recently, on the recommendation of a friend, I opened a Monzo account and didn't really expect it to be any different from what I was accustomed to. Once up and running I have found it to be far superior in it's ease of use and the extra little facilities it allows me to use. The ease of requesting and tracking invoices submitted to clients is without doubt more straightforward and allows me to keep control over my cash flow. For anyone deliberating about whether it's worth opening an account, I thoughly recommend it. I will in due course also be opening a personal account and making all my banking with Monzo Reviewed on: 22nd March 2023
