Legal Cover Claim

Really poor service. M&S have REALLY let me down. I initiated a legal claim using my legal cover as part of my home insurance last year. The legal claims are handled by Arc Legal. It is now March 2023 and finally, Arc have stated they will not be persuing my claim as M&S have identified small print in their terms and conditions which means they cannot proceed. I have pointed out that the smallprint is irrelevant in my example. The hassle and stress involved is completely unaccaptable and I would not recommend using M&S for your home insurance a when you come to need them, they will let you down and quibble.
