How on earth is Admiral car insurance 4.8/5

My first, and definitely the last, claim I will be making through Admiral car insurance is an ongoing disaster. Car is off the road after an accident and I have been on the phone for 3 days with them trying to get them to assign the repair to a garage. Twice already they have assigned it to garages who cannot do the work, they will not give you a courtesy car until the car is assigned for repair and they have no idea how long it will take to find a garage, days, months they couldn't care less. I had to tell them that the garages they assigned rejected the jobs as I decided to phone the garages directly. Totally incompetent and as the titled says, how they have 4.8 /5 is frankly a joke.
