They listened, then they helped me get what I needed

As a retiree starting my own consulting business their branch business manager (every branch has one I believe) listened intently and then started askeing questions to ensure that what they were prosing was right for me. My biggest issue with small business services with other banks was that they couldnt give me an IBAN - which I needed as my work is often for overseas clients. With Metro Bank it wasn't an issue. They were really thorough.. couldnt fault the way the systems worked AND they have real people in real branches. A relief! Reviewed on: 22nd March 2023
