Appalling customer service

If you want to have to chase your claim…hold on phones that ring out indefinitely and generally get the run around then this is the insurance for you. It has proved very difficult to process the simple claim of a key replacement - even though the work was carried out by an AA engineer. No responses from emails and phone helplines.
