How banking should have always been done!

I was a tractional bank customer who grew tired of waiting for balances to show correctly, annoyed that payments where delayed so the Bank could profit. I grew more tired of the customer service experiences. Then came Monzo! Not only is the set up of any type of account super easy, currency transactions are a dream, always finding the customer the best rate. And if all of that wasn't enough, their customer service agents are allowed to be human. Easy to contact any time of day, and issue is resolved within minutes and more complex stuff less than a day. To say that I love using my Monzo account is an understatement. It started as a personal bank account and after being so happy, I transferred my business account to them also. Monzo are a fantastic bank, they deserve to win as they were first in my eyes for offering such a great digital service. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023
