Great rates on my 5yr bond.

Great rates on my 5yr bond. I managed to block my account the other week and when I rang up to speak to someone they were really helpful, fixed my problem and emailed me a statement so I didn’t have to logg back in to my account myself. phone call was clear, English speaking and easy to understand. Absolutely brilliant!

After banking with another bank since I was a toddler, receiving minimal interest rates, and no incentives for loyalty I decided to try chase, they have already increased the interest rates 4 x in the 6 months I’ve banked with them. Some transactions I made were put on hold for security, the bank phoned me within 30mins to check that it was me and then processed the transaction quicky. Nice to know your money is safe, and just to have fantasies customer service which seems to be lacking in most companies these days! Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023
