ISA transfer process broken - impossible to transfer your ISA out.

It was easy to open the cash ISA fixed product but impossible to transfer funds out. I am 3 months down the line having dealt with endless incompetence. I still don't have my funds. Registering an official complaint has made no difference. I can't begin to explain what a shoddy experience I have endured. It's wrong to be giving awards to organisations with such a bad customer experience. The process is broken, the staff have no idea what is going on, an endless list of unfulfilled promises. Its a joke. I am a patient person and I have a brain in my head, I have followed the rules but now I am so upset and frustrated that I feel I have to tell other people not to bank with these, until they sort themselves out.
