Strong launch, weaker follow through

While Chase started out very strongly in 2022, there value proposition and differentiation have declined since then. They're still a good bank for daily spending use cases but not really moved up to being the first choice/primary bank account. Hope to see them step up their game with innovative products (the credit card was 'meh'). Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Online payments magic with extras

PayPal offers a convenient option for online payments linking with various cards; fraud protection and the ability to challenge charges is appreciated. There are value added services such as credit, pay-in-3 etc which are helpful for larger expenses. Reviewed on: 9th June 2024
