Very poor interest rate

Reply from Family Building Society Dear John Decisions about interest rates are always difficult. Our rates are set on a combination of factors. We have to balance the interests of our savers and our borrowers, who pay the interest that savers receive. Please see our website for our full range of savings accounts and the current interest rates. We are aware that savers are even more conscious of the importance of getting the best rate they can at the moment and of course we hope our savers will stay with us, but we understand if you should decide to invest elsewhere.
