Helpful and Efficient

Great customer experience. SImple to use. The only reason that it isn't a perfect score is that the required documents was a small list, that seemed to be too small given the complexity of the mortgage. Then they ask for additional options. It would be simpler to have a more comprehensive range of documents to submit and for this stage to be completed once, rather than twice!
