Terrible customer service

Customer service is basically non existant. I had a problem with unexpected payments showing up in my account and they wouldn't help me at all. They kept giving me template responses and I couldnt actually speak to anyone. eventually after days of trying to get throguh they told me i had to go back to the merchant and thre was nothing they could do. really poor service.
