A relief to find complete peace of mind

Absolutely amazing. Such a mine field changing benefits and getting correct results. I was practically destitute as o had no clue to the changes and monthly payments. Sympathetic patient and reassuring that it as a temporary situation and will be sorted out sooner than I expected.. was practically suicidal as a widow with kinship care from grandsons birth 2013 in Scotland to Laing my close family in years 6 bereavements and trying to help grandson deal with his grief I couldn’t string a sentence together. I messaged instead response was same day and relief of their support and empathy was amazing. I actually managed to sleep that night after so many nights worrying and allowing myself to become so exhausted I lost half my body weight and my hair through it all. Easy banking

Took no technical effort to create a current account with Kroo was guided through process step by step. Was easy and quick would recommend it to older customers such as myself who are not computer savvy and over 60 scared of scams and clicking on a dodgy site. Security and assistance were spot on.
