Bought an item off the internet. I did not receive the item, I contacted the bank and they just replied with pre-written templates. I made a complaint and they refused to deal with my complaint claiming they were too busy to deal with my complaint. I would avoid all this small banks and go back to the old school high street bank. Never trust online banks that can not even deal with customer complaints.
