HOUSE INSURANCE

I thought that I was covered for wind damage, it even met the companies criteria for wind speed the night it happened. They sent a man around to look at damage, as he is not 30 foot tall he could not inspect the damage close up, claim was rejected because he said it was wear and tear ! WTF . The contractors I employed said it was wind damage and was gobsmacked at the wear and tear quote . The nice people on the call desk gave me plenty of sympathy and no money to repair it. The high winds frightened my disabled daughter and also the damage to the house made her cry !. You asked for a review, so there you go. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2018
