Breath of fresh air

Having been a business banking customer for 20+ years with the same bank we were asked to leave due to the competition rules imposed by the Government —by email, they couldn't be bothered to call! Have to say I was offended, but it's the best thing that could have happened, Starling are amazing and really highlighted how poor our previous big name bank was. Very happy with the service, the app is very well designed, and it's actually easier to speak to someone at Starling than our previous high-street bank. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
