Terrible customer service.

Was told by them to apply for a business loan to help with my micro business. After reluctantly doing so they denied my request for both the loan and overdraft despite them asking me to apply. Advertise themselves as friendly and different, but was told my case wasn’t even looked at by a human, just an algorithm. Same as the other banks really. Monzo much better and friendlier.
