Exceptional product with a feel good factor

Everything relating to Starling oooozes quality and even though its "just a bank account" from the packaging of the debit card to the feel of the app makes you feel special. Everything on the app seems to work seamlessly and I can't speak highly enough of the account to date. Not had to have any interaction with a service team or otherwise which is a very good sign therefore I can't comment about any personal interaction. Hopefully that is as good as the product itself.
