Great customer experience

So the worst happened. I crashed. Aviva took all the stress out of it - kept me informed, chased everything up and made a fair offer. Couldn't have been simpler. Liked the experience so much, was happy to accept the slightly higher insurance quote for renewal on the new car and stick with them. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
