Very competitive rates and reliable service.

I have had several Close savings products over the past 10 years, and they always offer some of the highest rates in the market when I come to renew. Whether on-line or by telephone, their customer service is always reliable, competent and dependable. I also feel that my money is safe with such a well-capitalised bank whose financial performance is often detailed and analysed by the financial press. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
