Absolutely Horrendous Experience - Do not go near them

Supplied all paperwork, took fee, 6 weeks later they decided to offer me a quarter of original amount despite my score being stable and on the UK average. Offered this at a horrendously high rate, lost house I wanted to purchase, went with another lender that agreed within a week but now need to find a property as lost the one I had my heart set on. They should be closed down, total shambles. It also took ages for my refund to come through, had to pay another valuation fee when I went with a different lender. Awful awful experience.
