No special treatment here - AVOID!

I am extremely disappointed in HSBC Premier service. I am a multi-account holder in various jurisdictions and was just almost berated by the most rude service agent after forgetting to make one credit card payment, all other payments having been made always on time. From a super aggressive tone to accusing me of having financial problems - it's almost as if I was dealing with a payday credit company not a banking service for high net worth individuals.
