poor and getting worse

Been with Barclays for 40 years but finally had enough of poor service, poor rates and poor customer support. Branches have shut, savings rates dire and overall for a bank raking in billions it needs to up its game. I finally gave up for one of the very many better banks out there now. easy to use and a decent rate

Very easy to set up and use, rates could adjust quicker and could be a little more generous but are at the top end of most easy access... overall certainly worth considering and better than one of the traditional banks that's for sure! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
