Good cover overall

Strong levels of cover, apparent clear pricing, well known name in pet insurance. Only concern is they promote themselves that a claim will not affect your annual premium, it only increases with the age of your dog - however my friend has a dog from the same litter, same breed & started cover at the same time, yet after they made a large claim this year their premium increased more than ours for the same dog of the same age from the same litter. Keep coming back to them

Overall Admiral keep offering the best price on the market, good product with a good level of cover. On the occasion you claim they are quick and efficient to handle your claim. The one fly in the ointment is the online/app servicing of your account is poor with continued issues and problems. But overall good product and service. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
